"Disney's BoardWalk area contains more than 90,000 square feet of shops, restaurants and nightclubs. It encompasses Crescent Lake and is ""a village on the water"" near many Disney Resort hotels in Walt Disney World Resort. This quarter-mile entertainment, dining and shopping area is also conveniently close to 2 Disney Theme Parks. With sherbet-colored building facades, striped awnings, rising columns and archways, Disney's BoardWalk is designed after the boardwalks that were famous during the turn of the 20th century along such coastal cities as Coney Island, New York and Atlantic City, New Jersey.Stroll along Disney's BoardWalk during the day to explore the unusual shops and restaurants. When the sun cools down, the nightlife heats up with street performers, food vendors, midway games and lots of live entertainment.

We actually discovered to Boardwalk on a boat ride between Disney Hollywood (DH) park and EPCOT and so we back tracked later in the day through the World Showcase back gate at EPCOT - where the walk is only 15 Mins to DH. The Boardwalk is made up of a range of shops et al where you can sit inside... More

Between Epcot and Studios, the Boardwalk area is a nice space to while away a couple of hours. We had dinner at the Trattoria (the spaghetti was lovely) and then wandered about looking in the shops. You can then either walk or catch one of the boats to a park. After dinner we took boat to world showcase to catch... More

For anyone who doesn't have much time in the day, this is a great place at night. It's easy, relaxing, and lots of fun. There's fireworks and entertainers to watch. The entertainers they move around on the boardwalk so if you miss a part of their performance you can most likely watch it again. There's a few places to eat... More

Just plain and simple. A gentleman came up to us and said "don't you see this is only for white folks" and we are latin american. At first I got upset with the comment but kinda undrrstood the point that everyone was white. So we left to Disney Springs which we felt better. Please don't take me wrong with the... More

We always spend time on Boardwalk when we vacation. There are two restaurants, Big River and Flying fish that we always go to. Flying Fish is a little bit pricey but worth ever bit. Staff is icrediblly attentive. If you have issues, such as with salt , the chef came over and helped me with my food selection and all... More

Boardwalk is a wonderful area we enjoy visiting with the unique hotel housing a full carasol hanging from the ceiling. A must see. Very unique and gracious hotel. Walking along the waterfront are many shops to eat at or just shop. ESPN is located at the end of the boardwalk.
