Yes, the temperature in Orlando can range from 78-85 degrees. The water parks have heated water that are consistently 82 degrees. I would go to Typhoon Lagoon up until mid December, but never January-March, a little too... More

You cannot take your own tubes, but as others have said they have plenty of tubes. Enjoy your visit.
