Hey Everybody!Thank you for checking us out, here on Tripadvisor. We here at Gypsy Gold host tours of our Gypsy Vanner Horse breeding farm every Wednesday, and Saturday 10am - 12noon. You must contact us to reserve your spot on our tour, and tickets are available for purchase at a discount through our website. If you have a group of 10 people or more you can call us to schedule a tour for any day of the week. The tours are approximately 2 hours long and are host by Dennis Thompson, the man who discovered this breed of horse, brought them to America, and founded the breed registry and society. The first hour of the tour is a sit down with Dennis as he tells you his story of how he and his late wife, Cindy found this breed and brought them to America. The second hour is walking around our farm and meeting all of our beautiful horses, mules, and other animals we have with us here. Please contact us if you have any questions. Thank you!

There are no words to explain knowledge. We feel blessed by having the opportunity to have the owners as tour guides. All we did was to pay attention while they talked. Everything from start to finish was the best that I ever had.

My Husband can't stand for too long , but would like to see the horses . Are there places that he could sit for a few minutes during the tour ? And what time does the tour begin ?

The first hour of the tour is sitting, and the rest of the tour is a leisurely walk....There are several places in which to have a sit, or if need be I can drive. We would love to have you. Thank you.

Hello, we are visiting the area in a couple weeks. I have a three month old. Is this a tour I can do if I keep the baby strapped to me?

Hi, and thank you for your question! The first hour is a history lesson, second part is walking, you most certainly could carry your baby....people bring strollers too. Thank you!!

Do you have to take the tour? Or can you just enter with an admission price and tour yourself?
