We did the dolphin cruise. Relaxing and had a great guide. She was knowledgeable and friendly. Yacht was clean. We actually saw dolphin and a manatee. Nice ride to get to the pier to get on the yacht.

Yes that is correct. The ½ day trip pulls up to a dock at the southern end of the island. It is about a ½ hour boat ride from Captiva to this dock. The full day trip goes to the northern end of the island to the main State... More

I would go to their website for more info. The cruises we took were 90 minutes and 3 hours, not a full day. There may be other options we did not investigate.
