The 27th Ave Park is a public beach at New Smyrna off Atlantic Ave, (nice landmark is the 7-Eleven on the corner opposite the beach). It is a great family beach, with life guard stations, and I believe beach parking is allowed on part of...More

Love coming here and visiting the beach, being able to clean up when you ready to depart and also on Sunday they used to have church service at the pavilion.

Nice well maintained Park at the beach. There is a free parking lot provided for the public. They have a basketball court, handball court, restrooms and shaded seating overlooking the beach. There is also a pay booth and ramp for driving onto the beach. There...More

We love coming here for quick beach access and traffic free. If you want to drive on the beach you can as well.

We drove on to the beach because it is a fun thing to do. This location is less congested than Flagler beach. There is a fee but $10 a day non resident isn't bad.

Hurricane Matthew did not stop people from participating in sports and wellness activities at the beach. New Smyrna Beach was hit hard but after a few weeks of cleaning, it's back to usual. And mornings at the 27th Ave Park are for Tai Chi. A...More

A great beach at the end of the driving. It's great for us because we feel safer with our toddler knowing there will not be the added danger of cars driving by. They also have a park but I believe they are tearing that down.
