Drove here to spend the day. The beach is nice and clean with white soft sand. We had to pay $10 to park for the day. There is parking on the street, but we thought the parking lot would be safer. The parking lot was right on the beach. There were showers, restrooms and some tables in the shade. The... More

However, with that said, this is not a beach I would swim at. The waves are big, perfect for relaxing to the sound of and for photographing. They do allow parking on the beach. $10.00 This... More

Great small beach town...laid back & friendly. Usually some sort of art, craft, car or bike show every weekend. Driveable beach w/soft white sand.

The sand here is heaven. Powdery white sand. The ocean is warm and waves aren't too big. A nice place to relax for the day.

This a is a beautiful wide beach with soft soft sand and a nice boardwalk along the edge. You can walk right up into town and visit many shops and have something to eat. This is a very beautiful place.

Pretty beach but it cost to park. Some construction going in right now ..so if you are following the Ways app make sure to pay attention for detours.

Quaint, old school, mom and pop, until recently, those were adjectives people used to describe this hidden gem of a beach town. Radical rezoning and development, courtesy of the mayor and city council have now killed the old charm of the beach side. Grid-lock, wall to wall people, jam packed bars and restaurants and stressful desperate searches for a parking... More

has any business and service that may possibly be needed and close together because small town so travel and hectic traffic is avoided. Beaches and great weather. main places and methods of entertainment are fine bars and restaurant bars, bowling ally, library walks in nice weather and the beach.
