Exactly what you'd expect from a good dive bar. Cheap drinks, interesting crowd, and fun music. I always have fun here. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, but nothing you can't get over by parking on the street!

March 12, 2017 was our visit to Beachside Tavern. It would take hours to see at the stuff on the walls, so it is unique. There was about six of us and one girl got the best Bloody Mary she said she ever had. I watched the female bartender make it and it was complicated, I guess that extra effort... More

This establishment was hyped up by family friends. We were let down, the food is ok. Not a place i would go out of my way to go to again. There are other places in same area that are better. Nice deck.

We went in here mid afternoon where there were a about 10 folk sitting outside and some at the bar. Seems like the more mature crowd frequent this place and is a good rock venue. I liked all the weird stuff on the walls and hanging from the ceiling and is that a real Rhino head above the bar ??... More

Me and my husband we went there to see my favourite artist and it was soo amazing!! Pro's: + super nice location, very mellow easy going, nice atmosphere, love it! + outside sitting area with fireplaces (beach feeling) Con's: - they don't serve non- alcoholic drinks (except water) Overall, we had a great night and the concert was awesome!!

Very cool hidden gem, awesome music each and every time, low bottom blues without the criminals. Staff and patrons are friendly, accessible, drink prices reasonable for a beach joint. Selwyn Birchwood plays there, the Florida Blues champion, that says it all. Cool ocean breezes, no canned stale, smoky air to gag on like the old Ma Deuce in Miami.

Very friendly, chill, local place. Went by on a slow Wednesday night & they still had live music (very good local guy who could hit stone temple pilots as well as Michael Jackson...he looked like blues traveler front man...he & his guitarist were great!). We may try to get there again before leaving. Really made the town seem very friendly.... More
