The dedication of the Harrell family to preserve the history of the African American people of New Smyrna Beach is an outstanding endeavor begun by the late Mrs. Harrell, and perpetuated by family and other volunteers.

Another of the hidden gems within New Smyrna Beach. Off the tourist path. It is a treasure trove of local black history. Great stop for educational purposes. Small and not time consuming.
