Nice park to walk, run, rollerblade or skateboard. Great for people watching, and near lots of restaurants.

OMG. This park is for the active at heart or just a relaxing walk down the beach path. Lots of festivals throughout the year are held here, you can rent chairs, umbrellas, bikes, watersport activities, etc. The whole family will enjoy it

If your quest is nightlife and beach you wont find a more convenient location. We thought the nightlife part was expensive in part because of the Art Deco festivities that was being held.
