Long, very long, but everything right there. Take the free trolley and get on and off where you want to. It is a very very long street with enormous hotels, lovely moored yachts and beautiful homes. Shops, banks, pharmacies, whatever you are looking for, you will find it there. Just keep on going

We walked all along Collins Ave in the day time and at night. A lively, busy road, lots to see, interesting, lovely hotel buildings which you can simply walk in and visit and have a drink at the bar anytime. Some good restaurants and bars - look out for happy hours, 2 for 1 to get the the best deals... More

As seen on the movies. Collins avenue is a remarkable place in Miami and a closest definition, so far, I have seen. Describes a beach tourism scenario.

It's the street to be on if you are visiting South Beach. All of the hip restaurants and bars are here. A must see.

Free blue trolley runs up and down the avenue - If you don't feel like walking, or you want to get a good overview. The best part is from 15th to 28th. There is a nice sculpture park at 22nd.

Collins Avenue contains most of Miami Beach's Oceanfront and is home to the majority of Miami Beach's 4 to 5 star hotels and condos are located. It has lots of shopping and dining like most streets but you have more hotels on the beachfront.

I stayed at the Catalina Hotel & Resort located on Collins Ave. I was walking distance to all the happenings, the Beach, Restaurant, Bars. Shopping, Historical Landmarks and Art Deco Galleries.

Enjoy, unwind relax. Enjoy people watching stroll toward the Art Deco district. Send your thoughts back to the 50's with classic cars, beautiful people and wonderful scenery. A great adventure to be enjoyed by all. Keep an open mind wear comfortable shoes and experience the great time ahead of you.

Collins is a nice strip of hotels and bars where you can have a good time. lots of happy hours and shopping one block from the beach. Right in between ocean and Washington. Those 3 are the Trinity if South Beach
