Fisher Island probably the most expensive real estate in Florida, maybe in United States. The Yachts, buildings, and homes are a sight to see.

If you come from a modest background, like most of us do, this place knocks your socks off (and maybe every other article of clothing too!). It is in the realm of unbelievable, dream-like. You may not come on the island unless you're a guest...More

If one wants to live in heaven, this should be considered. The tennis facility are first class. The views from the apartment we were at were million dollar views.

We took a boat tour and went around the island. Looks boring to us, mostly for old rich folks, but I think thats the point. Well manicured from the water. We are told property starts about $3m. Must take a ferry here. No roads.

You must know someone who lives here or have a reservation at the hotel or spa to even step foot here.............................................. If you do, it is a lovely departure from South Beach.

You must either be a hotel guest or guest of a resident to visit this Island with the rich and famous. You can only travel there by boat or ferry (n which your car drives onto )

There is a private heliport there, I've used it several times when my family and I visited the hotel. Granted it is expensive for the average person but well worth using to get there without having the hassle going through security at the ferry terminal....More

I'm not sure where you are coming from. Suggest you ask this question on the web. There is an answer on MOOVIT which tells you how to get to Fisher's Island by public transportation.
