This is a two hour walking tour through a humble but lively neighborhood, a kaleidoscope of culture, traditional customs, and vivid colors. Weave in and out of streets that mark the site of secret ritual offerings, the very location where the Bay of Pigs was planned, and the fountain of youth called Dominoe Park. Sample pure sugar cane juice from a local fruit market, the classic Cuban Sandwich at family restaurant, and watch cigar rollers follow a decades-old technique to create the finest cigars.

Our tour guide was Flavia, there were just 4 of us in the group, which ensured personal attention. Flavia was very knowledgeable about the history and had clearly taken the time to get to know the people running the various businesses we visited and other local characters that we chanced upon along the way. We sampled local sugar cane juice,... More

My wife and I took the Little Havana Walking Tour in early February, 2017. Our guide was Flavia. The tour was almost a private one, as we were joined by only one other person. Flavia gave a very good background of recent history of the country of Cuba itself, as well as a good backgrounder of the Little Havana area... More

We took the quick tour- 90 minutes and Kristina was AMAZING! This is a must if you go anywhere near the Miami area. She knew her history and helped us explore why the locals love living there. Her recommendations were top notch and every stop offered a nugget of insight. If I had time, I would have booked the Art... More

I highly recommend this tour. You get to hear about the history of Little Havana, enjoy fresh sugarcane juice at an open air market, watch cigars being made, view fascinating art, and so much more. Flavia was an excellent tour guide. She is very knowledgeable about Little Havana. She answered the questions we had and willingly paused whenever we wanted... More

Our tour of Little Havana was with Flavia. She was great, really friendly and knew a lot about the area. There were only 4 people in total on our tour, so it was really intimate. We enjoyed trying coffee and food along the way and meeting shop traders. We also did the Art Deco Walking tour with the same company.... More

We did the Little Havana Walking Tour and it was a great way to be introduced to the neighbourhood and to find out more about Cuban history in Miami. Our guide Flavia was very knowledgeable and gave us a good insight into the culture. We sampled sugar cane juice and Cuban coffee and had a lesson in cigars before finishing... More

Christine was a great guide from start to finish. It felt like a old friend was taking care of her friends showing us her neighborhood for the first time. There was a lot of historical information as well as current events about the area.

What an awesome tour! Flavia, our guide, was knowledgeable, articulate, entertaining and did a superb job of introducing us to the unique Cuban culture and lifestyle. Her description of the Cuban Migration to Florida, the Bay of Pigs invasion and the Cuban Blockade was most informative. I felt like an expert after the tour! We experienced Cuban coffee, cigars, art,... More

We spent the morning with Flavia. This was a very comprehensive tour. We were introduced to the history of Little Havana and the Cuban arrival to Miami. We experienced: the taste of sugarcane juice, music, art, cigars, coffee, dominos and so much more. She related beautifully with our teenage children, encouraged them to speak Spanish, prepared them for the Cuban... More
