Loved the food, shopping and atmosphere. We took the metro there from miami airport much cheaper than cab. They have tours and boat tours, all kinds of restaurants and lots of shops. It is an outdoor mall on the waterfront.

Not impressed. Dirty smelly and a bit tacky, much better places to spend time at. We left after 10 minutes.
