Quite a small park for entrance fee. Almost $50 pp for 10 years and above. Then $10 parking ... Which is outrageous plus another $5 dollar for feeding exhibits. Some nice conservation work with manatees and all shows except Flipper were good. Small tanks though...More

On September, 19thin the morning I tried to buy 3 tickets by internet (a sale because of the aquarium's birthday). The system reported an error despite having generated a number (592090) and requested me to try later. On the same day, late in the morning, I tried again. To avoid a new error, I used my husband’s credit card (additional to the one I used in the first attempt). The card had the same address. The system reported an error again and generated another number (592091), and requested me to try later. On the same day, in the afternoon, I received two emails with a confirmation of two purchases and, therefore, I had double tickets. At the same moment I answered the emails informing what had happened, as I also reported on the site. However I never got any response. On October, 9th, at 8 o’clock I received two emails (both at the same time) with two vouchers, one with the number 592090 and another one with the number 592091. On September, 22ndI went to visit the aquarium and, before entering, I went to the customer service and was attended by Mrs. Jasmine that promptly informed me that, due to the duplicity, she would cancel voucher 592091, and that the charge would be reversed on the credit card. She asked me to call if there was any problem. I used the voucher 592090 to enter and believed that the other one was canceled, however, both charges remain on my credit card, and I can’t contact anyone by e-mail, nor by telephone (only answering machine, but considering that I live in Brazil I don’t think that I will receive a return). I would like to receive a return of my messages, as well as the chargeback on my credit card.
