Awesome area to spend the day swimming with the family, boating, or fishing. The beach and the shallow area for boats is awesome. One of the best areas in FL for fishing. What more could you ask for?

Family friendly, plenty of parking, fishing and boat watching are good. There is a small beach that is very protected. Perfect for families with small children. Good restaurants are nearby, s short drive. Be sure to observe the speed limits on the local roads.

bring your floatie and kids, tidal pool is huge and shallow enough to be able to watch the kids. I love to bring my floatie and relax. Great cafeteria on Ocean side. Shady pic nic spots and huge fishing pier. spend the day.

I guess because it was so crowded, that means fun! You have to arrive EARLY to get a parking spot. It is an $8.00 entry fee.

The Sebastian inlet is a man-made inlet that is very calm and perfect for young children because the water is calm and there are very small waves if any. The walk to the beach from your car is very short. I have swam besides manatees...More

We were there before the hurricane, so don't know. I'd call the park or look at their website to make sure. Good luck fishing!
