Had no clue ticks could be so copious. The trails were nice and wide. My Sheltie stayed on the trail and didn't pick up as many ticks (5 so far) as the rambunctious "I want to check THIS out" off-the-trail-lunging Golden Retriever did (33 and...More

I stopped by here with my dog looking for a place to walk that would be good for both of us. There's nothing special going on here. There were a couple of people kinda hanging out along the trail that frankly made me uncomfortable. There...More

Don't trust your GPS to find this because everyone's phones lead us to a residential area. Go further west on Hollywood Blvd and this will be on the left side. Anyway, it's a nice short, shady walk. Takes about 10-20 minutes to walk it.

Enjoyed this nature walk, shady and quiet. Wonder little treasure hidden in the city, will go back often.

I went for a walk with my 4 year old, 7 year old, and baby strapped to my chest. It's a quick trail -- even walking at a toddler's pace, we made it through in 30 minutes -- well worn, and fairly wide. There are...More

Great for a short walk with kids under the shade of the trees but bug spray is a must!!! There are a lot of different plants and animals (mostly lizards but I saw a snake there once). There is a nice lookout over a small...More

A shady walk thru undisturbed forest with a winding stream. Species of trees and plants are marked along the way but there is not a whole lot wildlife. Best on days that are not too hot.
