Great Times

Greats place to enjoy tennis and pickle ball. Carol is a pleasure to deal with. And unlike the YMCA, do not need to clean the court..

If you're looking for nice people who run the place and congeniality among the players, this is the place. Lee, Carol, Janet, and Jody do am awesome job. The courts are always perfect, prices reasonable and most people are there to have fun. The round robins are a great way to meet people and get some exercise.

I visited Marco Island and the racquet center during the off-season. The pro was gone so the drop-in sessions weren't going on. I was there by myself, so I made lemonade out of lemons by renting the ball machine. It was actually a suggestion by the staff. They also offered to make some calls and see if someone would hit... We played on one of their clay courts. We did not pay the fee, instead, played mid day, which was quite warm. Wish Marco had some public courts. One day we stopped and all the clay courts were locked up apparently for some USTA event that evening. One of the hard courts was being used for pickle ball and the... More

The four of us were staying at Marco Island for only a week. We went to the Racquet Center to play tennis and pickleball. We signed up to play at 8:00am on Monday (for pickleball) and Wednesday (tennis and pickleball). We played 2 hours with residents and seasonal players. Cost for pickleball was $10 per day/2 hrs. Cost for round... More

this is a first class PUBLIC facility. Most courts are clay, but there are 2 hard court choices for big hitting juniors. The price is right as well and you can call ahead for reservations. I have read several reviews complaining about the "politics" in season. So.... Just join! $330.00 per year and you can reserve up to 7 days... More

Courts are very nice and have met some nice ladies there but .....We have been coming to Marco for 3 years and every year, it is always something. First of all, I am a very organized person and I know what I am doing for several weeks ahead, so it has been very frustrating not knowing if I am playing... More

Offering 8 lighted courts (6 Har-Tru Clay courts and 2 hard courts) this is not your typical public tennis facility. However, if you truly enjoy the game and wish to play on resort quality courts (and are willing to pay $20/hour for the privilege) this is a marvelous facility.
