Rent a paddle board or kayak or traverse a shallow body of water to reach the Gulf. Gorgeous white sand that spans miles. Bit of a hike and no food concessions. Bring your own.

There is a nice playground for kids. Lunch can be purchased but a little expensive for kids. Water equipment can be rented. Great sunset!

The great thing about this beach is that is not too crowded! It is not for everyone as you have to wade in the lagoon to get to the outer beach. It is worth it, but make sure you are in shape, especially if you...More

We went to this beach the first day, and it is meh. It is a cove which made it seem more like a sess pool.

This isn’t your average soft sand tourist attraction. It’s a course seashell lined beach that stretches beyond the tourist, into a three mile long spit. It’s a great place to get away from the crowd, swim, fish, hunt for shells or just walk.

Tigertail is one of our favorite Marco Island beaches. The best part is wading through the lagoon to get to the Gulf. Yes, you can walk around but wading is faster. Might be difficult with small children and or loaded done with beach things (chairs,...More

Every time we come to Naples, we head to Tigertail Beach. Fun for all ages! Two beaches to enjoy. First one has rentals for things like peddle bikes and paddle boards to cabana and chairs. Connected to that beach is a short walk through the...More

Go early before the crowds and enjoy the plethora of waterfowl. Sand crabs bring the edge of the tidal pools to life. If you want to wade across, it’s a quick walk to the beach, otherwise prepare to walk. Raccoons, herons, egrets, pelicans, sandpipers, least...More

We love walking, swimming, bird watching (it’s a bird sanctuary) and just plain relaxing on this beach! Great for family, friends and couples! Beautiful sandy beaches!

Read about the beach in a review book on the Florida coast. We are from Michigan and it reminded us of fresh water areas. The sand was a little Merky and squished between your toes but it was warm and very kid friendly. We did...More

I really don’t know. I haven’t seen any posts on the beach but the public beach most likely would say no Alcohol

Yes, but you have to wade in the water to get across. You would have to carry all your gear up high.
