Looking for something different to do, I found this awesome rescue center. My 7 year old granddaughter loved seeing the beautiful birds and learning what caused them to be in need of aid. We both learned a lot! I thought it was a wonderful way...More

This is a great place to learn more about, and see Birds of Prey! They do a really great job of educating and explaining all things about these birds. They rescue, rehab, and release if it's possible. Excellent staff, clean facility, beautiful birds!

This exhibit displays raptors/birds who were rescued and nursed back to health. You can see the birds closer than in a zoo, and view a video on how they diagnose, treat and release them into the wild. Great for school children and people of all...More

Very interesting to see birds of prey that couldn't be released back into the wild have such loving and sincere care. As a birder, I always had confusion about telling Cooper's hawks from red shouldered hawks. No longer! After seeing and studying the birds in...More

We very much enjoyed our visit to this rehabilitation center. It is a self-guided tour but there were people there to ask questions and they provide you with a detailed guide to the birds that are permanent residents at the center. We also enjoyed the...More
