John’s Pass is a collection of good restaurants, boat tours, ice cream shops and lots of shopping for everything else! It’s busy, especially on the weekends. But if you go with the expectation of people watching and having a good time, it will be fun

A fun place to shop and eat. The jewelry outlet and winery are a must. Also can go dockside and see the fisherman bring in their catches.

Great place to spend a few hours with a friend to shop, eat, drink and relax. Locally owned shops with many different times for gifts.

If you want to just shop for souvenirs or go out to eat, this is the place to do it in the Tampa area. Not really much else there. Watched the deep sea boat clean fish and feed the pelicans, that was all the entertainment...More

YEP- big tourist trap! Decided to visit while in the area for the first time. Wife enjoyed. Must pay to park (if you can find one). Plenty of places to eat. Been there-done that for this place.

There is a place that rents small boats at Johns Pass - they give you a route to take - it was a nice ride & we saw dolphins. I am not sure @ kayaks - but there are places to rent them all around this area 🐬
