Six of us senior ladies greatly enjoyed our walk around P.E.A.R Park on a lovely day in mid-October. It was an easy hike through woods with huge trees, along a small river whose waters often appeared gold, orange, and red due to the tannin in...More

We enjoyed taking the trails here and would come back. There are many trails and we opted to take the longest one that wrapped around the whole park. Some goes through the woods, some along a creek, some through farmland. All interesting.

Commonly known in the area as P.E.A.R. Park, this is simply a wonderful place to wander outdoors. Countless hours of government and volunteer hours over many years have made this a must do destination when in the Leesburg, FL area. Hiking trails provide miles of...More

I love nature but this place was just empty fields such as you can see all over Florida. I suppose it's good that they set this area aside so it doesn't become a huge mall and you can see and have identified much of the...More

We have lived here 6 years. I bring my dogs several times a week. There are dog parks, and a nice dog allowed trail. There is a complete hiking trail around the park. Tennis courts were added last year. A small exercise/obstacle course is under...More
