As a surprise treat for my US Army Ret. Aviation adrenaline-junkie husband who wanted to visit the museum (which is excellent, especially with regards to WWII), I got us BOTH flights piloting the T-6 TEXAN, and it was incredible! Hubby was right at home, flipping those 360s, and doing what he did for 20+ years in the sky, in US... More

Visited yesterday, 15th March 2017, spent an hour looking around their museum before taking to the skies with Denis. Great tour of the local area during my 15 minute flight. Extremely knowledgable and friendly. Completed a couple of barrel rolls before coming back to earth. Many thanks to all the staff who made our visit a once in a lifetime... More

As a pilot for 20 years, I really didn't want to go for a ride. I wanted to fly that T6. I knew that wasn't going to happen. WRONG, the controls were handed to me as soon as the wheels left the runway. It was a flying lesson. Steep turns, wing overs, barrel rolls. My instructor, Thom Richard was awesome.... More

Get right in to look at restorations, talk with the mechanics, and learn the history. The aircraft range from beautiful, flyable aircraft to relics that need a lot of work. The hangar is crowded but has a really good display featuring the timeline of the war in the Pacific. A good history lesson! If you really get inspired you can... More

Had an hour to fill so popped in here. It's a charming museum , run by enthusiastic volunteers. The information is well presented and they have a few beautifully restored planes to look at. Nice break from the noisy parks.

We paid for our 2 kids to fly and they can't stop talking about their experience. It was pricey but this is truly a once in a lifetime experience. We loved the museum as well.

Excellent place to visit! My husband enjoyed being at the wheel of wartime plane. We are planning another visit this week before heading home. The museum was quite interesting and knowledgeable staff to answer any questions you might have. Overall we enjoyed their hospitality.

The flying experience was absolutely amazing. We gave it away as a 50-year birthday gift and it was pricey, but worth every penny. Unfortunately we didn't see the flight from the ground so getting image and video is a must! 30 minutes of flying will do!

I was given this fantastic gift by my In-Laws. This was the most awesome gift ever. I have always loved World War II aircraft and have frequented air races and airshows Nationwide. But to actually take the stick and fly this awesome machine was the greatest rush ever!! My Pilot Neal was excellent and I had the time of my... More
