Awesome experience with turtles in the hospital. Great informative visit! enjoyed the big tank in the back the most with all the turtles swimming freely.

Excellent place to visit, fee a little high I thought, but info and tour and cause are worth it. Learned a lot about how we humans are hurting these defenseless creatures. Worth the visit!

Our family had a great time at the Turtle Hospital. It was incredibly informative and enjoyable. The work being done with the turtles is wonderful and you are able to get as close as possible to the turtles.

...and a very educational visit. Highly recommend the turtle hospital. The tour guide was knowledgeable and passionate. We had a group of 12 people and we all really enjoyed it, but everyone agreed that it runs about 15-20 minutes longer than it needs to.

We had heard of the turtle hospital and we finally got to visit. The tour times are at the top of the hour, so we waited close to 30 minutes before starting the tour; the room where we waited had a bunch of information placards so it wasn't so hard to pass the time. The don't offer any discounted ticket... More

The tour guide was great! It started out with a film and then she showed us around the building including the surgery room. Then we went to the outside pools. The guide told us why the individual turtles were there. Learned a lot!

We impulsively went to the hospital and luckily joined a tour that was just starting. The experience was extraordinary and very interesting. Most of it is outdoors and we had a little rain - not a problem in the warm weather, but a heavy shower could be unpleasant.

We had toured facilities with turtles before, but never a working hospital. We learned, not only all about the various kinds of turtles, but the types and causes of health problems they encounter and the ways (some surprising) they are being medically treated. My teens and I enjoyed this both fun and educational tour, especially getting to feed turtles ourselves.

The Turtle Hospital is very interesting and well worth the $22 fee to visit. The workers are passionate about what they are doing and they are happy to share that passion with you. Miriam was our guide and she was very good. She talked non stop for the 90 minutes and wanted to to know everything about their turtle residents.... More
