Very pretty beach! Clean with nice bathroom and shower facilities. Brought our elderly dog here for his last vacation and beach run.

This is a real sand beach. It is also free. The water was warm and and calm on our visit. Wasn't a weekend but still quite a few locals. No concessions or lifeguards, but there are bathrooms and changing areas.

We didn't spend much time here, but I would have if we had arrived in Marathon a little earlier. The water was very warm and inviting. Fairly clear, and the beach was nicely kept. Lots of pavilions for families. Some of the beach and park...More

We visited Sombero Beach and were impressed with the nice picnic areas and restroom facilities on site. The beach has plenty of room for a lot of people so you are not sitting right next to someone. Half of the beach is still closed due...More

Clear water! Soft sand and pet friendly! Loved it! There is also a pretty park attached to it that provides shade and soft grass.

We planned a family trip to Marathon and wanted to visit a beach. After the hurricane, many of the areas took a beating and still haven't really recovered. Half of this beach was still closed when we were there, but the section that had been...More

This was a nice experience during our vacation in Florida. This beach was really calm, nice coral sand, easy parking, toilets and shade possibilities. We spent several days here enjoying the swim

There aren't really many true beaches in the Keys. This one is worth the drive to. White sand, lots of places to lay out, fairly clean water to cool off in. good family atmosphere

They had very nice ones. Irma did a job on all of the beach facilities. Don’t know when things will be repaired and back to normal.

Yes most of the beach is covered in feet of sand, they have bulldozing to clean up but have a long way to go. There is a small area open now
