A great, hardcore gym. Lots of free weights, a deadlift platform, and no a/c. Definitely NOT for the spandex crowd! The owner and his Rotty are awesome.

The gym I usually went to the last bunch of years when I visited Key West closed, so I thought I'd try this place. It was HORRIBLE. Dark, dingy, filthy, hot (there's no air conditioning). The equipment looks like it was bought 30 years ago...More

Excellent gym. You will know you worked out when you leave. Great mix of equiptment. $15 buys you a visit without an attitude. Definately spartan conditions.
