Not really the southernmost point and not really a buoy. We went to see it but did not wait in line for a selfie. But if it's your first visit then it is a must.

Walk to the end of Duval Street and you are here. A MUST stop on any visit and you absolutely have to get a photo taken. The line can be long so be prepared especially if the cruise ship or ships are in port. It...More

You can rent a beach chair for $10 and beach bar is right there with food and drink. Good location for sunset as there is a concrete pier onsite to grab a drink and enjoy the sunset.

People lined up for a picture for a line that looked like an hour long. We went by three times, same line. Finally we just took a picture of the marker. Wait in line if you have a lot of time to kill but really,...More

We came to Key West for the first time and had to have a pic of this landmark. There is a lineup for pictures but the line moved fairly quickly. There was some wind out that day so there were some waves crashing which in...More

o.k. to drive by and see, but not worth the wait in line to get picture taken with it, too many rude people

Nice beautiful place to take a lot of photos but the water had a lot of seaweed and trash . But best time to come here is when it is off season not as crowded .

This is one of the mandatory photo ops when you go to Key West; however, be prepared to wait in line (especially on the days when cruise ships are in town).

This iconic buoy marks the southern most point of the United States. When I was there, it was surrounded by tourists so trying to get a pick that is clean of tourists, good luck. :)

Blah, this is not somthing to climb fences for. It is not even the most southern piont actually, the beach behind is. People are standing in long lines for a photo with that marker. The smell from the not so clean beach is not any...More

It is a private beach and has European rules for sunbathing. It is not clothing optional but does allow topless; just like all of Europe and most everywhere except US public beaches.

Yes. I think they are $10 a day. But if your going to be there longer I suggest buying one of the chairs from cvs or Walgreens for 20.
