Two people with walkers and one person on crutches and they made everyone stand in line for nearly 10 minutes before loading an empty trolley.

Seven of us were very excited to do this tour and were really let down. The narrator was monotone and was difficult to understand. I fell asleep on the trolly as well as two others in our party.

This was fun and interesting to see the historical sites from the open air bus. Our tour guide spoke very quickly so it was sort of hard to follow the stories she was telling but she made up for it with her enthusiasm. I liked...More

My advise would be to take the Conch Train through town to get a better story teller! This tour is not at ALL what it used to be!! We have taken this tour before with "The Hooker" and loved every minute, every story he told...More

I love ghost/graveyard/haunted/spooky type tours. This one was was just ok. My teenage daughters thought they would be scared, but it didn't happen. The tour guide was nice and did a good job, but I just don't think there's enough spooky stuff in Key West...More

My husband and I always take haunted tours in any city they're available and this one has smeared the competition. The staff was excellent, happily making accomodations for my husband who recently had knee surgery and can't stand for long periods of time. Very knowledgeable...More

I have been on this tour in other cities and always find the guides knowledgable and fun. The acting and costumes can be alittle hokey. What made this tour great was they take you into the museum after hours and you get to see Robert....More

The highlight of this trolley tour is "Robert the doll,' and is was fun, though steamy, to get an alter-hours visit to the museum that now houses him. Another highlight was a vist to the Shipwreck Museum, also afterhours, for a story of a mysterius...More

I thought this tour was interesting but a bit corny. There is plenty of interesting history in KW but all of the "your doomed" stuff is silly. KW folks mock as the buses drive past. I wouldn't do it again but my friend who I...More

you get a lot of information and stories about Key West's dark side and I think it could become a little bit boring for them. Additionally, as the tours are held after dusk, it could be also quite scary for the youngsters.
