The house and grounds are beautiful! The tour guides give you so much info! You really get a grasp of the times that Hemingway lived in the house and of the rest of his life!

Hemingway's house remains open to the public I think so it can feed the 60 cats roaming the property. Fun to see the gardens, house, and of course cats.

Very interesting tour of the Hemingway House. Tour guide gave details of Hemingway's interesting life along with the cat stories and stories of the women in his life. Highly recommend going to the Hemingway house.

We tried to visit but alas there was a long long queue. The house was purchased for $8000 and is located near the old light house. This was so he could find his way home after a night of drinking. Lovely gardensMore
