We spent the day here sunbathing and enjoying the ocean. It has stones and pebbles but that didn't bother us. The ocean was lovely here. The sun beds and umbrellas were very expensive but worth it. Get there early to get a good spot. We...More

I visited Fort Jefferson, so wanted to visit this fort. It was fun and educational. There were guides all over willing to spend time with all the visitors.

Not impressed by the beach here. More rocks and grass than sand and not much beach property to claim a spot. Water was a bit rocky and not that appealing to jump into.Preferred Smathers beach slightly. They do have so have a place to get...More

Surprinsingly, this turned out to be one of the better places to visit. You can snorkel right off the beach. There is hardly any sand, as most of it is rocky. Wear good water shoes. You can also rent umbrellas and chairs, which is nice.

My favorite stop as far as beaches go in Key West. Clean, well managed with a little cafe too. Lots of shade, if required. Good for snorkelling, lots of fishes to see.

My wife and I enjoyed the beach here. We went during the week so it wasn't too crowded. We walked from Whitehead street which took 20 minutes. There are several picnic tables in shade so we didn't need to rent chairs and an umbrella. The...More

Sorry, can't help you, but I too enjoyed those lovely trees at Fort Zachery. I'm hoping that lots of places in the Keys come through with out great harm.
