A great way to see the reef if your party has limited time, cool weather or non-swimmers. The two-hours is a good length, especially if some members have trouble with the seas. I recommend taking Dramamine before departing, even on a relatively calm day, because the boat is quite rocky when it slows down to view the reef. Being below... More

We went out on a choppy day. We saw plenty of fish, a shark, ray, and tortoise. The ship was clean and crew courteous. The one problem we had was with the narration on the reef. I could not hear what was being said. Granted there were many small, poorly controlled children but the volume should have been higher. The... More

The boat was clean and the staff were very friendly, but looking at the glass made me and about 4 other people so sick. I got extremely motion sick and had to go back upstairs and lay down.

the weather wasn't good at all during trip , lots of people vomited and seasick, the boat was swinging crizzy and my stomach was turning, we got the island for a while, glass bottom was not clear because too windy, the point is they should cancel the trip if the weather was not good for trip. but they knew it... Sorry that King Neptune was not in a good mood the day of your adventure when conditions are poor we make two separate announcements once when purchasing the tickets and again just prior to boarding giving the guest an opportunity not to take the trip it is nature in action and conditions can change from trip to trip. Everything about this tour was organized and professional. I would have given it 5 starts if I were actually able to concentrate on the sea creatures. We left on time. The crew introduced themselves and explained what to expect. They told us all the safety protocol and we're friendly and cheerful. My son and husband started upstairs and my daughter... More

We were in Key Largo for 3 days, planned our last day around this boat trip. When we got there, we were told that the boat broke down 2 days ago and they had been trying to reach us via text/phone to let us know. Unfortunately when booking, they took down the wrong phone number (off by 1 #) however... More

Your right we should of emailed you as well and I apologize for the oversight, we did not set out to sabotage your last day on vacation we would have preferred to take you and our other guests out to reef to view the wonders of the sea, unfortunately or starboard motor had other plans. More

We booked our tour online for Dec 26. After showing up and checking in, we discovered the waves would be rough over the reef. They allowed us to change our reservation for the next day no questions asked. Very accommodating. Please take Dramamine 1 hour before you board because it can be disorienting to look through the glass bottom when... More

Been on this tour many times in my life and I've never had a bad time. If you are prone to getting sea sick or motion sick, please make sure you take proper precautions. Also, only go on days where the weather is nice and has been nice for a day or two - this allows the reefs to calm... More

This is a bit of an adventure . It would be a good idea to take something for motion sickness beforehand. I don't normally get seasick but I got a mild case that day. My daughter and grandchild both got very sick and spent a great deal of time in the restroom. Also if you want to view the sea... More

Loved the views we got of the ocean. Tour guides where very knowledgable. They really helped people that where sea sick getting ice chips for them, making sure they where ok.
