We had a great trip to the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. It was educational and fun! There was a self guided tour in the center which was interesting. We went outside and the highlight of the visit was viewing the turtles! Definately worth the trip!

About 45 minutes in I95. Exit at Donald Ross.

Are Leatherback turtles ever in residence at your sanctuary or is their natural habitat more south of Florida?? What time of year is best to visit to see hatchlings??

The Loggerhead Center is a rescue. All the turtles there have been brought in on account of some sort of illness or injury. There could be a leatherback in residence but it is not certain. Hatchling become numerous from... More

Take I-95 N to Donald Ross Rd (Jupiter). Go East on Donald Ross until you reach US 1. Go Left on US 1. Loggerhead is on the right.
