We had time to visit the sanctuary one afternoon and found, to our joy, a large verity of rescued birds being well taken care of. I have recommended the sanctuary to many of my friends and we will make more visits

Humbled to see so much love for our less fortunate injured feathered friends. A place run entirely on donations and with volunteers. Volunteers are short handed but so giving of their time to us and the birds. Bless them all. If you go, enjoy everything...More

We stopped by based on local recommendation. Great place to see a large variety of birds up close and personal. The birds have such different personalities. The place runs on donations and they work incredibly hard so bring money to donate.

What a nice place if you are into birds. They take hurt birds and rehab them. I was amazed at all the wild birds perched in the trees

The staff was very knowledgeable but understaffed. There were only 3 people working when we were there and it was hard to find someone to answer questions. My kids loved seeing the birds up close and learning about the different species.

Kids loved seeing the birds. Definitely smelly... but what with that many birds around, its to be expected. Free activity so worth the trip

Would be a bit of a long walk. Take the trolley that runs all day long, or nice long walk on the beach. Easy access from the beach. Well worth the visit!
