The largest single campus of any university in the US! Spread out over a beautiful campus including lakes, streams, wonderful athletic facilities, huge hospital, and located in a very friendly city... Many international students!

Bring walking shoes or catch the convenient bus. Student union is huge and full of football goodies.

The campus was real nice, and the possibilities endless. I'm enrolling in their online program, but will have to visit the campus again from time to time. The fact that it has 10 libraries is mind blowing. I cannot wait to come back.

I dressed up in my traditional Seminole Indian headdress and went to a football game there last year. Everyone boo'd at me! How racist. They surely don't like Indians around here...

This is a very large campus that is spread out all around Shand's medical park. It was easy to see when you were on campus because of the orange and blue road signs.

Coming in the to tour the campus on January 12 and need a ride from Orlando to the campus. Is there a shuttle or ride option I can use or meet half way? Or do you have a better suggestion. I can't drive I have a broken shoulder. Thanks

I do not know of a shuttle. Please be aware that Orlando is two hours away so don't take a taxi as it would be very expensive!
Where is the best place to park on a weekday for a visit?

The University will give out visitor parking passes which allows you to park in the parking lots and the garages. This is not an option on game days however. UF is a non motorized campus so no cars directly on the campus.
