Love the butterfly rainforest... Great place for photos! Make sure to go on a sunny day, the butterflies hide when it's cloudy and rainy. It might not be worth the money if you have younger kids in your group...they will probably be fine with all...More

Spent about 45 minutes wondering around looking at a huge variety of butterflies. Took tons of pictures. Really enjoyed the time there.

Butterflies and birds and bonus rooms, fossil room, florida history, water exhibits etc.... Great Gift shop and very reasonable prices. Best place to take visitors. I have learned something new everytime I go. Some many species of Butterflies and they release all of the hatchlings...More

Although relatively small, the Gainesville Florida butterfly rainforest is quite the place to visit. The natural setting is amazing for both the visitors and the butterflies. Schedule your visit to see the "releasing" of butterflies it is quite the education.More

Hi Marty D, Admission is $13 for adults ($11 for Fla residents and 62+), $6 for ages 3-17 and free for ages 2 and under, Museum members and UF students with a valid Gator 1 card. We hope to see you soon! Paul Ramey
