Beautiful area of Ft Walton. We stayed at Turtlewalk condo. Very quiet and away from the hussle. We loved that we were close to the activities around d is but not right in the middle. People we met were amazing. The beach is beautiful white...More

There are so many places to visit here but the highlight is the beach. Beautiful white sand and a great pier. The pier can be fished and you pay a couple of dollars to walk on the peer but it is well worth it. Last...More

This Island has the prettiest beaches and the best sand anywhere. Seems to get a little more crowded each time we come here.

Truly enjoyed our stay on Okaloosa Island. The beach was not crowded at all or segregated by hotels like in Destin. We walked both ways up and down the beach. Only negative was the seaweed that was everywhere from the hurricane weather a week earlier....More

Enjoyed our vacation! Stayed at Fairfield inn on beach front. Lots of attractions nearby. Destin is 10-15 mins. Ocean with weeds in this area which float up with the waves which was the only downside.

If you want to enjoy seafood I would highly suggest The Black Pearl, The Crab Trap and Floyds Shrimp House. We were seated on a back deck with an ocean view at all three places and the food was amazing! There is a gelato... More
