We loved the boardwalk. Lots of fun to be had. Great restaurants. Several different shops. Some seemed a bit pricey but all were very busy. We visited the pier and the $2 per person was well worth it. We enjoyed strolling the walk each night...More

It was an okay place. The stores were very pricey. Could have used a small tourist/gift shop with more reasonable prices. Restaurants were very good. Fireworks show on Wednesday was beautiful. Nighttime atmosphere was very nice too.

We walked shopped and ate dinner here but it doesn't have that many shops and although it was busy due to the volleyball tournament going on. Not much else was.

Great area to shop specialty shops, restaurants and Ice cream parlor and stay out of the sun for awhile. Great Gulf views and good place to people watch.

The Boardwalk is a nice place, maybe too nice. It has lots of pricey shops that sell pricey goods to tourists. If you want to splurge, this is a good place to go. If you're looking to save money, there are better places for that.

We had a wonderful time dining and drinking at the Boardwalk. They have really done a wonderful job over the last 19 years since I was here!

Seaweed comes and goes. We have visited at various times of the year and sometimes it's thick and other times the tide has not brought it in. I do have to say this. My daughter has a rare skin disorder that we have been... More

Perdido Key is about 2 hours west of Okaloosa Island. Perdido Key is even west of Pensacola, only a mile or so from the Alabama line, just across the water from Orange Beach, AL.

A. J.'s will cook you catch, but it is not on the Boardwalk at Okaloosa. It is in Destin Harbor at Harborwalk. That's about 5 miles east of Okaloosa.
