Brought my husband here for a surprise day-date. We live in Jupiter so it is only about an hour away but helped us feel like we were really on vacation. We brought our kayak and launched it in the park then spent the day exploring...More

Spent the whole afternoon at the park. Started with lunch and ended with a perfect outside dinner. Watched the boats and two manatees by the jetty.

Hoteling it on Hutchinson Island left only one thing to do and that was walking usually in the am. My turn around point was always FT Pierce Inlet park- recently renovated, made it a better destination for my sneakers. AS you approach you will see...More

My husband and I learned a hard lesson about waiting for the sun to rise on a damp beach with seaweed. There was a bit of rain during the night and I guess this time of year with a few storms off the shore line,...More

We come here every summer and it's our favorite beach in this area. Natural beauty, clear wide beach, close access to parking and a showers and changing facility. Water today was clear and green just like a swimming pool. We got some boogie boarding in...More

Best beach on the treasure coast for waves It's a fun day for all ages. Nice hard sand good for walking. Shallow water makes good for surfing for all ages & abilities. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of parking.

We were looking for a beach with clear water and a lifeguard. It cost only $6.00 to get in. A fellow traveler recommended this state park and it did not dissapoint! The kids played far out in the waves without the worry of a steep...More

Lots of big and small waves, beautiful sand and clear water! If this place had a bar or food place on the beach would have been perfect. Saw some tortoises just mosying around. Wish could swim in that inlet area, but said no swimming. Good...More

Snorkeling is not advised along the jetty and the inlet. Very strong currents, fishermen, and windsurfers. Try the Inlet State Park... across the causeway to the mainland and back over the next causeway.

Pets are not allowed on any of the beach/sandy areas. They must be confined to the picnic areas (grassy) only. That is why I could not completely review the park as I had my dog with me and could not visit the beach area.
