This is a great beach with water sports, clean white sand with lots of shells and not crowded. The water is warm and there are plenty of places to eat and drink and cute shops. In March the Cincinnati Firefighters put on a great show for charity on the beach at the Lani Kai. It's lots of fun!

I've been to many beaches from different parts of the world and Fort Myer's Beach is one of the finest. Undelievable how fine and white the sand is. The water is as warm as bath water and very mild waves, Great place for your children. Earlier this May was my first experience of Ft. Myer's beach but I can assure... More

If you want to sit in the sun, with your toes in powder sugar sand, listen to live music, sip on the best rum runners and dine looking out at the beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico there is no other place like Fort Myers Beach!

Stayed at Pink Shell Marina and Resort and had a great time. We've usually gone to the downtown area but the northern tip is great.

The beach was about 8 ft wide and had dark, choppy water. The boats are allowed to dock very close to if not on the shore. There were a lot of jet skis parked on the shore. There were a lot of places to eat but there were a ton of black bugs "love bugs" flying everywhere. The don't bite... More

Very disappointing to travel to the gulf coast of florida to swim in what looked as brown and murky as the Ohio River.
