Interesting place to bike. Six miles from one end to the other. Saw lots of birds, snakes, turtles and a family of ducks. It goes by the train yard, so interesting things to see there with several locomotives to view. Plus it has a perfect,...More

We walked about 2.5 miles of the park. There were several different birds including Osprey, Anhinga, Herons and Cormorant. Lots of Turtles sunning themselves. No gators this time. Flat and easy to walk.

When I just want a 20 mile ride from home, this is where I go. It is quiet (unlike most bike paths in Ft. Myers) and relatively uncrowded. There are several (some busy) roads to cross and there is not much to look at, but...More

Miles of flat, paved paths follow along the side of canals in this Ft. Myers location. Lots to see, most especially wildlife (birds, turtle, fish). We even spotted an alligator. You will walk in both shade and sun, but the majority is sunny, so dress...More

I have seen dogs at the park however the park is for walks, runners and workouts. Would the dog interfere with the other users? I never noticed any “no dogs allowed” signs either
