The Alliance for the Arts is a very interesting place. While they foster many artistic endeavors, we have only visited for stage productions. Their productions are always a little "off center" and enjoyable even if sometimes "over the toip". It appears to be a chance for new playwrites to display their wares. Good for an evening entertainment.

Every Saturday at Alliance for the Arts is a small but good farmers market. Produce is excellent and two guys sell good sea food. Check it out as it is open all year.

I like being able to see shows that have been performed in big cities, such as NY, here in my little town! On March 17, 2017, I saw Amy Marcs perform a one-woman show about surviving cancer called 'Nice T*ts.' Hard to make this subject funny, though I have written a funny cancer book, not many people can take something... More

We enjoyed the recitations and lies Bill Lepp told. Everyone was laughing and enjoying it thoroughly. What excellent programs are offered at the Alliance. The parking is very easy which makes the visit even better. The gift shop has some interesting items for sale. We look forward to more offerings and exhibits.

Nicely situated on field of green with outdoor venue as well as indoor. Many performances, shows, music, dance and always some paintings and sculpture on exhibit. There are classes and camps as well as outdoor festivals, check the calendar.

David teaches the fundamentals of painting, getting started to sell, while combining painting faster with intention. He provides a clear first experience into acrylic abstract painting.

Saw the David & Amy Sedaris play "The Book of Liz" here, under the Theater Conspiracy label/troupe/brand, and upon walking in, I had my expectations somewhat low: it was a small, shall we say "humble" space and I didn't know what they'd be able to pull off. But the show was great, funny, subversive, all the good things live theater... More
