My husband ,I,and another couple took this cruise to Bahamas from ft. Lauderdale. We did the day pass. We were very disappointed. We were expecting beautiful beaches and well kept shopping and dinning areas. We didn't pay more money to stay at a resort because the advertisement for shopping and dinning in Freeport looked amazing. It was an awful overpriced... More

My husband and I decided to take this one day trip with our kids so they can have some fun, we had taken cruises in the pass but he had to work so we went for the one day option. What a mistake!!! We paid for Premium so we assumed service was going to be great. When we boarded the... More

Thank you for leaving your feedback on your past trip with our establishment . Our vessel is a fast speed ferry that accommodates a daily commute to grand Bahama and Ft. Lauderdale . Our vessel is not a cruise ship. Due to the speed of our ship , it can be unbarring to some passengers but we sell Dramamine on... More

There's not much choice since this is the only ferry service to Freeport from Fort Lauderdale. It was an okay ride over, the going over was a bit choppy but the ship slowed down making the sailing much more pleasant. The check in is a bit cumbersome but the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a heavy bag and... More

My husband and I heard about this fast ferry and decided to try it out for a day trip to Freeport. Check in was pretty smooth. We went through security, checked in and then waited in the boarding room until it was time to board. We were told boarding was at 7 AM but it did not begin until around... More

This was my first time going to the Bahamas, we booked a package that included the ferry ride on Balearia to Freeport Bahamas and a all inclusive 1 night stay at Grand Lucyan Lighthouse Point. We left early Saturday morning on 4/1/17 and returned late the next day. The Ferry ride to the Bahamas was comfortable, the staff were very... More

Tiano beach is one of my favorite places to go when ever I go to Bahamas . Grand Bahama has a lot of excursions and tourist activities but unfortunately the day trip will not permit you to explore most of them . Please try our over night specials and you will have more flexibility for fishing, horseback, scuba diving, cave... More

Definitely not what was advertised . When we arrived at the bahamas there was no mention that basically everything you expect to do was destroyed by hurricanes and it was never rebuilt. We brought tickets for a round trip to the city center from the ferry . ***WARNING ***this bus has no windows & is very outdated , basically to... More

Thank you for leaving your feedback on your previous trip with us. Its most shocking to see that you wasn't able to enjoy your time in Grand Bahama . After the hurricane damaged the island, it took them two months to get things back in order . Some places are still damaged but the tourist amenities and attractions are fully... More

Before my son and his friends went on their trip to the Bahamas, we researched all luggage requirements for the plane and for the boat. Being that the boat had stricter and smaller requirements, we made sure that all of the kids had the right size bags at the right weight. Upon leaving Fort Lauderdale, 2 out of the 3... More

The waiting room for the ferry is pathetic, the place for packages horrible, the ferry and food ok. The price is good so we can support it. The worst, if they cancelled the ferry, you have to pay the extra days in Bahamas. I can't belive that. Never again.
