A great course without too much water in South Florida

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Ft. Lauderdale traveling alone on business. I asked the concierge to recommend a golf course, and he set me up with the Grande Oaks. It was... read more

Course is beautiful. Nice course for women too. The Oak trees make you feel a world apart from Ft.Lauderdale city. Food is also excellent and staff predicts your needs before you even ask.

Our church school held a dinner fundraiser at Grande Oaks and it was superb. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the western sunset view through the huge glass windows in the dining area was spectacular. We were hugely impressed! The event was a success, and we're certainly inclined to go back.
