Just got back and we had the best vacation. We have cruised before and this is the best ship. Hard to believe that it holds 8k people on that ship. We went on Liberty of the seas a couple of years ago and it was...More
Have recently returned from a 7 night Western Caribbean cruise to Labadee, Falmouth and Cozumel.
It was my second time cruising the Caribbean and my husband and 12yr old son’s first time and we travelled from Perth, Australia.
We had such a great time. As...More
I've recently come back from a 7 day cruise on Oasis of the Seas with stops in Labadee, Haiti, Falmouth, Jamaica, and Cozumel, Mexico. I have a couple of things I have mixed feelings about, but over-all, what an amazing trip it was!
So we've just spent a week on the Oasis of the Seas. I'm have very mixed feelings about alot of things. Arriving at the ship and seeing it for the first time, it's massive and magnificent. It's clean and looks well maintained. Our cabin was...More

The earlier the better! We got there at 10:30 and we’re on the ship with cocktail in hand at 11:00. Spend the night near ship or even in Orlando the night before. Many hotels even offer shuttles to port.

On our trip, my Mother-in-law and our Daughter stayed in an ocean view junior suite. They're a little larger to accommodate two beds and the view was much better than our interior cabin room. Hers had a balcony with two little chairs and a small glass table for lounging and watching the waves go by. The only ones I wouldn't want are the ones overlooking the promenade and/or the courtyard with a carousel at the rear of the ship. There are late night shows, movies, a few restaurants and a bar out there so noise at night might be a factor that I wouldn't care for.
