We attended the Jesse Cook concert in the Amaturo Theater at the Broward Center last night. He and his group of musicians were utterly phenomenal. As usual. But it was our first time at this theatre and the first time at the Broward Center. Like the concert itself, both the Center and the theatre get very high marks. Surrounded by the glitz and glamor of the river front development, the Center feels and looks alive and inviting. The theatre has very comfortable seating, good visibility and superb acoustics. We are from the Gulf side of Florida and attend concerts in Naples at Artis and other venues with some frequency. Those have all been very pleasant experiences. But there is an electricity at the Broward Center that is unique and much appreciated. We can't wait to return.

A fantastic venue to enjoy an evening of opera. Parking is easily accessible. The staff are very organized. I would sit closer next time for opera. They don't use microphones, which is great, but a little soft for far away seats.

This is a nice venue for musical shows of all kinds, including musical theater, bands, and orchestras. I also enjoy that gala events are hosted here, as those are always fun with great food. Parking is a little spotty at times, although the valet can be great for events.
