Get here early in season.(before (A.M.) walk the rustic grounds on the beach and overlooking the inner coastal waterway. Picnic benches and rest rooms available.A Cocession stand with snacks and beverages is available.

The beach will take you right to Times Square. You can walk along the beach to the boardwalk

no.... it's at the end of the island probably a five minute walk or a mile 2 Times Square
