We saw a pod of manatees just circling in the pass as we stood in the clear water. There are lots of shells and we found shark teeth too. Great place for the family and fishing was fun. We are going back next year.

My favorite beach! No hotels, just natural beauty with the Gulf and sand. Fun for families as they hunt for sharks teeth. Nice restrooms, a few grills and plenty of free parking.

Love this beach and it's views. It has restrooms and it's free to park since it's located in Sarasota County.

A lovely clean beach which is overseen by beach guards. Set in a quiet area with full bathroom facilities and an ample sized free parking lot. Barbecue pits and undercover gazebos with seating available Lovely place to sit and look out for dolphin.

This is a great beach. Not crowded as it, especially at the south end, literally the end of the key. Laid back.

The Tom Adams drawbridge used to access the south end beach is closed this week for upgrades. One needs to access the beach from the north end of the key through this weekend.

I would go up I-75 and take the Venice, Jacaranda Exit , I believe it is 193. Go all the way on this Exit and when you reach the end turn left and head toward Englewood and at the second set of lights take the Manasota Key... More

We were on Manasota Beach last night, 1 mile N of your condo. It was uneffected by the storm. Englewood Beach, ~ 1/2 mile S looks ok from the road. I don't know specifically about the beach behind Pelican Landing. I do know... More
