This is a very small but 'very packed full of history' museum located in an old train depot! There are numerous plaques at each display explaining the history of the area and included a couple of videos. Two-three rooms filled with interesting tidbits and a small area designated for a ‘gift shop’. The 3$ fee is nominal for the amount... More

So glad we stopped by! Great history of he island! Includes some WW II local history, the history of honeymoon island, orange juice industry - lots of fun facts crammed in a small place. Parking is easy as there is a lot right by the museum. It's in the heart of downtown so also easy to stop by as you're... More

Very small, but nicely done museum of Dunedin history covering it's origin of orange juice concentrate. Modest fee of $3 per person to explore. Nice staff.

I was surprised to see the wealth of information the wonderful exhibits and the kindness and knowledge of the Lady welcoming you and giving you information both verbal and written. Thank you for a nice time spent learning about Dunedin's part in WW 2, and it's history.

The museum is small but it can boast many nicely picked up exhibits. You can learn a lot about this town which can be considered as a real Florida gem.

The museum is really great! We go to the museum every year when we come to Dunedin and always find it very, very interesting. For those that like history, the museum is a must on a visit to this beautiful city. You'll be surprised--quite a few "firsts" for our country we're started and/or developed in Dunedin. The city has a... More

While in Dunedin the lady at the welcome center recommended we stop at the small museum. It was very nice and the people working there most friendly. We enjoyed our visit

This is a small Museum but the History is present in all pieces. I loved learn about this City, the people, the History during War. So many residents were in the service, some died others came back to tell all about events at war. You can bring your camera and take pictures. Worth the visit. You will not going to... More

Very surprised to see our grandchildren enjoying this museum. Of all things – – trying on period piece costumes. Enjoyed learning the history of lovely Dunedin. Especially compelling was the WWII newsreel footage and, for fun, the radio broadcasts.
