We did not camp here, but have yearly pass to FL state parks. This is by far the most beautiful beach, clean bathrooms and picnic area, and is away from the more crowded beaches in Destin.

Although there are condos on both sides of the park, you can still find a spot that is less touristy. On Sunday there is even a beach service. I don't know if that is every Sunday. The Destin Methodist church does them .If interested you...More

You have to pay to park. The beach was very clean and not too crowded. Clean bathrooms and showers. They also have a large covered picnic area....Hope to come back one day!!

We stayed 10 nights in the campground which was clean and quiet. Jo Jo and Charlie the camp hosts were top notch, friendly, efficient, and helpful. The restrooms were spotless. We appreciated the ability to do our laundry. The only downfall is the lack of...More

We enjoyed our day at this beach. Not very many people, which was very nice! It was $6 to enjoy this lovely spot and you could come and go all day. Very nice shelters and restrooms.

Wonderful place to take the family and enjoy the beach. Amenities include, Boardwalk, handicap wheelchair and of course restrooms. There's also a place to rinse off your feet when you come back. The Emerald Coast is one of a kind you should come

We visited later in the afternoo n when it was quiet. The entry fee was about $6 for the three of us in the car. We saw blue button jellyfish and would return.

You can go to “myfwc” which is Florida wildlife conservation. It had an area with red tide map. Just click on it & it will show you what you want to know. Also you can call the state park.
