There was no parking in garage. We had to circle the whole village 3 times to find parking. We arrived in the village and found it very charming. Too bad at 630 pm most of the shops were closed. We stopped at the pizza place....More
My husband and I consider ourselves locals since we live less than 30 miles away. We had heard of Baytowne Wharf, but had never visited until today.The shopping and dining area is located in an expensive gated community of homes, condos, marina, and golf courses....More
The wharf has a lot of restaurants that I consider overpriced and under quality.
They had live music all over the place.
If you are looking for night life this is a good place but so is Harbor Towne near the Emerald Grand.
We visited the wharf in the evening and enjoyed ourselves. The sunset from Crazy Lobster is Worth the trip. Highly recommend for a relaxing evening out. Did not stay for nigh time entertainment, but it looked like a fun place to be. Will definitely add...More
This used to be fun place with a variety of stores; unfortunately, there are a lot of closed stores and very few good restaurants .
This is a lovely view of the marina, and should be capitalized upon with attractive shops and restaurants.
Enjoyed this village while staying at Pilot House. Art show, band playing at event center, fine dining at Marlin and ice cream. Bars with bands, people watching (several bachelorette parties over Labor Day Weekend) and ice cream. No time for the zipline.
This area is wonderful for a leisure stroll, light shopping and good eating at about four or five restaurants. There is also a some cool activity's that anyone can do, sky ridding, rope climbing and a gallery for practicing your target shooting.

Baytowne is not a 5th wheel place but is a nice area with restaurants, live free music on Wednesday etc. I certainly wouldn't consider it upity. Friendly folks, shops etc. There is a park for children. I like the atmosphere... More
