We went over the summer during one of the sushi and stroll events in the evening. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained and the staff are very nice and helpful. There also was a drum session Taiko which was so powerful and memorable. This...More

Even though my husband and I don't live in south Florida and visit, usually, once a year, we've been members of the Morikami for years. It's a wonderful, peaceful garden and there's always something interesting in the museum. Spend time in the bamboo grove and...More

Fun place for a leisurely walk among flora and fauna. Beautifully maintained gardens, exhibits and pathways meander through the South Florida environs. Buy a bag of 'feed' and toss the crumbs into the lagoon and watch the turtles (and perhaps other wildlife) gobble it up....More

Morikami is a gem in the middle of Delray Beach. Quiet walks amid gorgeous scenery. Very different from Florida. Great place to take guests. Tea ceremony and authentic food is available.

Although we have been enjoying Morikami for probably 20 years, this was not an enjoyable visit. First, there is a TREMENDOUS iguana problem. Huge. I counted at least 40!! These are invasive species and do not belong in a place where calm and beautiful gardens...More

So sorry, but I do not know the days/times for the Tea Ceremony. I did see one in progress the last time I was there however; it looked lovely.
